With over 20 years of experience in aesthetics, Lydia Griffin has built her career on one core belief: clinical results matter — and safety always comes first. Her passion lies in championing ethical brands that deliver real, measurable outcomes. Her career highlights include:

• Driving the early success of Obagi Medical across the UK & Ireland
• Playing a lead role in launching ZO Skin Health in the region, trained personally by Dr Zein Obagi in Los Angeles
• Helping bring CoolSculpting to the UK & Ireland as part of the global team, also serving as a clinical trainer

Andy brings deep experience from leading technology businesses across the US, Europe, and the UK. His expertise in scaling operations and building customer-first organisations complements Lydia’s clinical leadership — together creating a distribution model that is robust, ethical, and relentlessly focused on supporting clinics and salons.

Today, Lydia & Andy lead the all-female teams at Hyclo Skin Professional, Glo Skin Beauty UK&I and The London Road Clinic - all while proudly juggling life as parents of two.
